If your order is fully in stock at our warehouse, it will be shipped within 7 days after the order is confirmed and the items have arrived.

If your order includes multiple items and some are not yet available at the warehouse (such as pre-order items), all items will be shipped together once they have all arrived.

Shipping fees within Japan (excluding Okinawa) are a flat rate of ¥550 (tax included), and ¥880 (tax included) for Okinawa. International shipping fees vary depending on the destination and will be automatically calculated at checkout.

We do not accept requests for specific shipping carriers or methods. Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Changes to the shipping address or order details after placing an order are generally not accepted.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference.
