Refund policy

If all items in your order are in stock at our warehouse, your order will be shipped within 7 days after confirmation and once the items have arrived at the warehouse.

If your order includes multiple items and some are not yet available (such as pre-order items), all items will be shipped together once everything has arrived at the warehouse.

Shipping within Japan (excluding Okinawa) is a flat rate of ¥550 (tax included). Shipping to Okinawa is a flat rate of ¥880 (tax included).

International shipping fees vary depending on the destination country or region and will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.

We do not accept requests for specific shipping carriers or delivery methods.

Please note that delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Changes to the shipping address or order details after placing an order are generally not accepted.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference.

However, in the case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will accept returns or exchanges if you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
