When will my order arrive?
Normally, products will be shipped within 7 days of receiving your order and receiving the product at our warehouse.
Pre-ordered items will be shipped within 7 days of arrival, based on the estimated shipping time listed on each product page.
Once your order is ready to ship, we will email you the tracking number.
*If you order multiple items, they will be shipped together once all items have arrived at the warehouse.

Shipping
For domestic shipping, all items cost 550 yen (tax included), and for Okinawa and remote islands, the shipping fee is 880 yen (tax included).
